A rare 1950s plywood chair designed by Olavi Kettunen for J.Merivaara, Sweden. J.Merivaara also produced designs by Ilmari Tapiovaara and Antti Nurmesniemi. A pair of matching stools are also available for sale.
In very good condition, the wood has been refinished. There are some small veneer chips along the top back egde (see photo). The chair can be dismantled for worldwide shipping.
