A stunning modernist cabinet, most likely of Scandinavian origin, circa 1930s.
A really striking design with a bank of six drawers and a locking door with full length rod handle, inside are two adjustable shelves. The cabinet is veneered in what looks like flamed birch or satinwood. It’s the most beautiful wood with vivid patterning that almost dances in the light.
In very good restored condition with some veneer repairs.
46cm deep (not including handle) x 95cm wide x 85.5cm high.
