A wonderful pair of wooden lounge chairs, early 20th century, probably around the 1930s. Stylistically sitting somewhere between arts & crafts and modernism, they have a simple box form with a beautiful soft red original paint finish. One of my favourite recent finds.

Both chairs are strong and sturdy. The paint has just the right amount of wear and patina acquired over years of use. They sit on castors for ease of movement.
They will need seat cushions made as they are low and deep. I can assist with having those made if necessary.
58.5cm wide x 73cm deep x 78.5cm high x 60cm arm height. The seat area is 45cm wide x 64cm deep x 27cm high.
