1950s burr maple wall cabinet
Wall cabinet or sideboard, custom designed by an architect for a house in Wiltshire in 1950s/60s.
The curved top and doors are made of burr maple which has a beautiful golden glow, the contrasting side and back panels are in walnut. The semi-circular door handles are particularly pleasing!
Inside are two adjustable shelves. The cabinet fixes to a wall with four screws through the back panel.
In nice condition, there is a slightly lighter area on the top. One of the shelves inside is slightly warped but still good for use.
87cm wide x 43.75cm deep (not inc handles) x 66cm high (to top and bottom of backboard).
