A large studio pottery lamp, British, circa 1960s/70s.
A heavy piece with thick textured decoration to the lower half and smooth glazed neck. Soft mottled brown and grey. I can’t find a signature on it but it feels like a very well-made piece. One small chip to the underside of the edge.
Comes with a new off-white cotton shade. Rewired.
57cm high including shade (39.5cm high to top of bulbholder) x 18cm diameter base. Shade is 35.5cm diameter at the bottom.
