Florence Knoll model 31 chairs

£0.00

Vintage model 31 chairs designed in 1954 by Florence Knoll and made Knoll, USA.

Black metal tubular frames with newly upholstered seat and back rests in a soft grey fabric from Bute. A simple design that is also very comfortable.

Florence humbly referred to her furniture as ‘the meat and potatoes’ filler amongst the flashier designs by her colleagues Saarinen, Bertoia & Mies. There is a simplicity and quietness about these chairs that means they will fit nicely with different styled surroundings.

These chairs were made between 1954 and 1968 when production ended.

Price is per chair (happy to split the set).

Dimensions: 68cm deep x 62cm wide x 72.5cm high x 41.5cm seat height.
