Long Chair by architect and designer Marcel Breuer (1902–1981). Marcel Breuer was key in bringing modernism and Bauhaus principles to Britain in the 1930s.

Originally designed in 1935 for Isokon, this chair was made by Windmill Furniture in the 1980s/90s. Chris McCourt of Windmill Furniture was granted the licence by the Pritchard family to manufacture the classic Isokon furniture designs up until the late 1990s when the company was then renamed Isokon Plus.

The seat is made from a single ribbon of bent birch plywood that curves to support the legs, back, and head.

In very good condition with some age related wear.
