Model 4508 table designed in 1957 by H. Engholm and Sven Aage Willumsen for Fritz Hansen, Denmark. A very beautiful danish design classic.
Teak tray top resting on a folding set of elegantly sculpted legs in matte black. Both the legs and the top have the early Fritz Hansen stamp.
In original untouched condition with a really nice warmth and gentle ageing. The teak has some minor wear but nothing distracting, the legs have a little edge wear to the finish and some surface corrosion to the fittings underneath the table. Looks like one screw has been replaced.
