1950s/60s floor lamp made by Stilux, Milano, Italy. Stilux was one of the leading light manufacturers from Italy along with Arteluce, Arredoluce and Stilnovo.
Marble base with black painted upright, brass arm and fittings and grey painted shade. The arm position is adjustable using a nicely made lever and the shade is also adjustable. Would work well as a reading lamp next to a chair.
In good vintage condition, no dings to the shade, some minor paint loss. The brass has ageing and some wear/loss, the marble has some ageing. Has been rewired and PAT tested.
147cm high up to the joint with the lever, 25cm diameter base, 26cm diameter shade.
